Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Reflecta Workwear purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Need a different size? Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product and size availability. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at reflectaworkwear@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right!

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process the refund.
